Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
The short version: ESVARA is a tool for recording and reviewing your own trading decisions. It does not tell you what to trade, and it does not promise you will make money.
What ESVARA is
ESVARA is software for journalling trades, defining your own rules, tracking routines, and reviewing your own performance and behaviour.
ESVARA is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or a financial institution. It never holds your money and never places an order for you.
Not financial advice
Nothing in ESVARA is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Rules, checklists, scores, analytics, and any AI-generated commentary are tools for examining decisions you have already made or are choosing to make. The decision is always yours.
Trading involves risk, including the risk of losing more than you expected to. Past results — yours or anyone's — do not predict future results. Nothing in ESVARA reduces market risk; at most it makes your own behaviour visible to you.
Your account
One account per email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and your device secure, and for everything done through your account.
You must be at least 18 to use ESVARA.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password and write to support@getesvara.com.
Free trial, subscription and refunds
A new account can use all of ESVARA free for 14 days. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
After the trial, full use of ESVARA takes a subscription: monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly. The price, the period and the date of the first charge are shown on the payment page before you pay, and the price shown there is the full price you are charged.
If you subscribe during your trial, the days left of it are kept: the first payment is taken when the trial would have ended.
A subscription renews by itself at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full use until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds: if you change your mind, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. A renewal is not refunded, and no part of a period is refunded for time you did not use, except where the law requires it or where ESVARA was unavailable to you through our fault. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal, are not affected.
If a payment fails, our payment provider tries again for a few days and you keep full use meanwhile. If it still fails, or once a subscription has ended, your account becomes read-only: everything you have entered stays saved, and you can still see it, export it and delete your account, but you cannot add to it until you subscribe again.
If a price changes, you are told at least 30 days before, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; ESVARA never sees or stores them.
Your data and your content
What you write in ESVARA stays yours. We claim no ownership of your journal, your rules, or your records.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Analytics computed from your entries are only as correct as the entries themselves.
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Connections you add
If you connect an exchange, use a read-only API key wherever the exchange offers one. Never give ESVARA a key with withdrawal permission — it does not need one and will not use one.
If you connect an AI provider, that provider processes the data you scope to it under its own terms and pricing. You choose the provider, and you choose what it can see.
Wallet connections use a public address only. Never enter a private key or seed phrase anywhere, including here.
Availability
ESVARA is offered as-is. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be removed.
Third-party data — market prices, session times, on-chain balances — is provided by others and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Market session times are calculated from standard UTC hours and are not adjusted for daylight saving.
Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not treat ESVARA as your only copy.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, ESVARA is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you make while using it.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement under the law that applies to you.
Ending use
You can stop using ESVARA and delete your account at any time.
An account may be suspended if it is used to attack the service or to harm other people.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the change is announced in the product before it takes effect.
